OLA lauches Slush Puppie’s new interactive website!
Slush Puppie Canada, a pioneer in the world of frozen treats, celebrates its 35th birthday in style with the launch of a brand new, ultra dynamic, website.
Obviously, the OLA gang is stoked! This great collaboration with our friends at Kaboom agency is another success! While respecting the delish company’s joyful summery personality, we gladly took the opportunity to design a particularly colorful site, honoring the tantalizing flavors available this summer. YUMMERS! In addition, there are contests and games, a picture gallery, the Slush TV and the famous Slush Puppie Tour… interesting stuff for everyone!
We’re warning you, this site is so hot, it would make a camel thirsty!

Outaouais Twist : Am I dreaming?
Normally, hyper people give me headaches. But I have to say that right now would be the perfect moment to get overly excited. So shout, dance, get undressed and go crazeh for Outaouais Twist has arrived! (I know, I know, you have no clue what Twist is but you’d rather have Ottawa Twist… It’s coming, friends. We’ll be working on it this summer. Promise.)
Anywhoo, “What the heck are ya talking about?!” you innocently ask. Well, OLA is proud (level of pride previously unmatched) to present the awesomest regional web directory.
Shopping, restaurants, arts, sports and leisure… everything you’ll ever need in the Outaouais is finally joined together in a cool, simple and easy to use website. And there’s more! You’ll find a great amount of relevant info concerning the region and little extras such as local celebrities, regional slang and so on. The beauty in this is that Twist will not be drowned in advertising, unlike other directories which we will not mention their names. Is it possible to advertise on Twist? Absolutely. It’s kind of the point. However, we like to do things differently, always.
For now, Outaouais Twist is a beta version. OLA’s goal is to lauch the official site on July 1st 2010. Have a look around. You can already add your company to this rising directory.
So? Don’t tell me you’re still fully dressed after all this excitement?! Come on, baby! Let’s do the twist!

OLA & Château Cartier; what a classy team!
It’s with style and elegance (listen, you’ve got class or you don’t) that OLA presents Château Cartier’s all new and revamped website. The majestic hotel and conference center, a natural choice in Gatineau, offers one of the finest golf courses in Canada. We knew for sure that this mandate was a biggie.
The principal element OLA wanted to improve for the site was the ease and simplicity of booking a room. A major point when it comes to a hotel. Now, you can’t miss the big blue booking window even if you try! It appears on every single pages.
The sleek and modern design is also more in parallel with this great business’s philosophy.
The only thing left for us to do is to change our dirty flip-flops for a pair of soft cleats.

Brain Freeze- OLA works with Slush Puppie
What’s a dream job? Don’t bother overthinking this one; I have the answer for you. A dream job is a studio that decides to replace its water cooler by a slush machine. That’s all.
Thanks to our friends at Kaboom agency, OLA did exactly that. And from this collaboration with Kaboom, we also gained the incredible opportunity to work on Slush Puppie’s new website. Now, that’s some project!
Sugar overdose with a touch of diabetes in a somewhat hyper atmosphere, everything in the studio is smooth sailing. It’s not even noon yet and Charles is already sipping on his 8th slush today. Yep, everything is A-Okay. Pineapple and mango, anyone?

The Dream Team by our special friend
Here at OLA, we are good folks. We like to give opportunities to some who would probably be ridiculed or looked down upon in society. We… you know… “believe” in them.
Our special buddy is Charles. He’s under the impression that he works here as a web integrator. Now, how cute is that? In reality, we keep him around because he makes us laugh and makes funny drawings (doodles, really) all day long.
This is how Charles sees us, the Dream Team, in his weird little mind. Sweet, sweet guy. Should we still be nice?

Happy Birthday To Us!
Yesterday was OLA’s birthday. We didn’t mention it because… well, you know… didn’t want to bother anyone with that… and… we were kind of hoping that… huh… you would… you would remember. BUT YOU DID NOT. Indeed, our interactive studio turned the big 1-0! A decade of inspiration. A decade of laughs. A decade of friendships. A decade of passion. A decade of evolution.
Time sure flies when you’re having a blast. We’d like to thank all of you for being part of this unique journey. Let’s just pretend we received your warm wishes and move on. No hard feelings.
But seriously, thanks a million. Your support is amazing. OLA is truly looking forward to the next 10 years.

OLA teams up with Germany!
Once again we are proud to announce the launch of an amazing project; Innovation-Germany.ca
For OLA, this website was a true delight to create. But let’s be honest, at first, we were a little nervous. Would we be a good match? Would the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany Ottawa trust us bunch of clowns? Talented clowns, but still clowns. Well, the answer is yes and we will be forever grateful.
This project is all about innovation, going green, arts and sustainable living. All values that we share and strongly believe in.
What we wanted to prioritize on this website was the upcoming events and projects, the core of Innovation-Germany. The clean design made it possible to create simple and efficient menus and listings. Nothing is hidden and everything is easy to find. A very informative site but still 100% user friendly.
We are really glad we met these guys!
